Delivery Time

Local Delivery (Within Kuwait)

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.

International Delivery

  • Delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days, depending on location.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Any applicable customs duties or taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Within Kuwait

  • Local delivery fee: 2 KD 
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery.

Special Areas (Sunday Delivery Only):
Ali Sabah Al-Salem & Sabah Al-Ahmed

  • Orders must be placed one day in advance.
  • Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered the following Sunday.

Excluded Areas:
Bneider, Al-Salmi, Al-Wafra, Nuwaiseeb, Al-Zour, Al-Abdali, Ali Al-Salem Airbase, Shuaiba, Mina Abdullah, Al-Julaia, Kebd, Al-Maqwa'a, Amghara, North Jahra, Farms, Wild Camps, and Coastal Areas.

Delivery is not available to these locations.

Delivery Outside Kuwait

  • GCC and international shipping charges are calculated based on destination and product weight.
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days.
  • Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
