Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

Returns

Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange products. All items must be returned in re-saleable condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

How to Return:

  1. In-store purchases: Bring the product to any Nest Stores location as soon as possible, in the same condition it was received, along with the original invoice.
  2. Online purchases: Contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp at +965 9407 4989 to arrange the return.

Important Notes:

  • Returns must comply with local laws regarding return periods.
  • Items purchased under special offers or promotions may have additional conditions.
  • Customized orders cannot be returned if delivered in good condition, as they are made specifically for you.
  • Any free items received with your purchase must also be returned.

Care of Products:
Customers must handle all products with care. Nest Stores is not responsible for any damage or loss while products are in your possession, and we may refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds if items are used or damaged.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • In-store purchases: Visit any Nest Stores branch to return the product and select a replacement.
  • Online purchases: Contact Customer Service via WhatsApp at +965 9407 4989 to arrange an exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and all applicable policies.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We may:

  • Provide a replacement or substitute product, or
  • Issue a full refund, including any delivery charges paid (if applicable).

Faulty or incorrect items must be returned in the same condition as supplied, as soon as possible.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned or exchanged products. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled by contacting Customer Service on WhatsApp at +965 9407 4989:

  • Within one hour of placing the order.
  • For credit/debit card or KNET payments, refunds or authorization reversals will be processed as quickly as possible, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Note: Orders cannot be cancelled outside this timeframe. Once processed, orders can only be handled through our returns and refund policy.
